We are profoundly touched by the devastation of the hurricanes to the Gulf Coast and the loss of life, property and medical records.

We wish to help all the health care professionals who have had their offices and clinics damaged or destroyed by this terrible event. This is a great opportunity for physicians to rebuild their lost paper charts into an electronic format.

We hear about the difficulty health care providers are having in caring for evacuees who lack all health records.
